An Ottawa man is facing charges following a crash early Tuesday morning in Belleville

Intersection of College Street West and North Park Street in Belleville. Around 2:00 a.m., emergency crews responded to the intersection of College Street East and North Park Street.A witness provided a description of the man and officers located a suspect in a nearby yard.
