Investing Club: Facing growing calls for reform, Salesforce could use some fresh faces on its board
A potential shakeup on Salesforce 's board of directors would be welcomed news for a Club holding facing slowing growth, a leadership turnover, layoffs and intensifying pressure from activist investors. The enterprise software giant is considering at least three potential board appointees, Bloomberg News reported Thursday , citing people with knowledge of the matter.
