Mustang’s 60th birthday bash continues at the biggest all-Ford car show in the West.
On Sunday, April 21, 2024, approximately 750 Ford s of all types, and nearly double that number of Ford owners and/or admirers from all over the western U.S., converged on Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California, for the 38th annual Fabulous Ford s Forever show presented by Anderson Composites to celebrate the Blue Oval’s finest, old and new. Although, and with Mustang now in its seventh generation, there appears to be no letup when it comes to production and sales.
. Almost every Ford car and truck model imaginable was seen at Fabulous Fords Forever, in the show paddock, drag-racing pit area, and even the spectator parking lot. However, Mustangs owned the day, with everything from stone-bone-stock classics to countless radically modified Ponies on display and/or making passes on Irwindale's dragstrip.Outstanding, over- or cleverly engineered , painted or vinyl-wrapped, stanced—Fords were everywhere at Irwindale Speedway.
