My House Design/Build/Team Ltd., has led the list of winners at the Georgie Awards, walking away with a total of eight awards, a total that matches the top number the firm has received in previous years.
“Our motto is to be on budget and on time,” said Graeme Hueget, founder and principal of My House Design/Build/Team Ltd., of Surrey. West Vancouver-based Paramax Homes won three Georgies for Custom Home Valued Over $3 million, Best Single Family Kitchen over $150,000 and Best Outdoor Living Space – New or Renovation, for the firm’s work on King Georges, a palatial property in the West Van’s toney British Properties. It previously won single Georgies in 2013 and 2104.
The marketing success was based on a clever campaign inspired by the Rorschach inkblot test developed by the Swiss psychologist of the same name in which subjects are asked to identify what they see in the ink blot.
