The European Space Agency terminated its cooperation with Russia to launch Europe's first planetary rover, the agency's chief said Tuesday.
Roscosmos, the Russian space agency, and ESA were collaborating on a mission involving the European ExoMars Rover, designed to look for signs of life on Mars., just weeks after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
