A single-vehicle collision in a parking garage killed one man and left one woman with life-threatening injuries.
A car crash in an Etobicoke parking garage on Thursday morning left a 93 year-old man dead and an 83 year-old woman in the hospital with life-threatening injuries, Toronto Police said.
The single-vehicle collision was reported at 11:30 a.m. after police said the man drove a car into a concrete pole in the parking garage of 451 The West Mall. Both individuals were taken to the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in critical condition, where the man died.Police said Traffic Services are investigating the collision and that it is unclear if the man had a medical episode before crashing.
