The Esquimalt Celebration of Lights is set to take place this Sunday, featuring a quaint and charming small-town atmosphere. The parade, organized by Kim Vis , a woman who survived what was once considered a miraculous event from 1979, starts near the base and winds its way east on Esquimalt Road, culminating at the Archie Browning Centre with Christmas carols and hot chocolate at 5:30 p.m.
