As they have done for 37 consecutive years, the East Northumberland Blue Dragons have won the Bay of Quinte Track and Field Championships.winning the novice 100 m , 200 m , and 400 mfirst place finish . East Northumberland earned 958.5 points. The Bayside Red Devils were second with 407. St. Theresa Secondary finished third overall with 392.
