EnQuest said pretax profit fell in the first half of the year amid weaker oil prices and lower production, and that it plans to delist shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.
Revenue and other operating income dropped 22% to $732.7 million, while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization fell 26% to $399.2 million, both due to lower realized oil prices and lower production. EnQuest backed its full-year production guidance between 42,000 and 46,000 daily oil-equivalent barrels.
