"It's all going pear-shaped in America," the Grammy Award winner and outspoken member of the LGBT community said, according to reports."We seem to be going backwards. And that spreads. It's like a virus that the LGBTQ+ movement is suffering," he said. The laws passed in Florida, including those permitting doctors to deny care based on their personal morals, banning preferred pronouns in public schools, and prohibiting gender transition-related procedures for minors, are especially"disgraceful," according to the 76-year-old John.John's comments come during the final leg of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour, a report noted.
