Elegant Indigenous innovations are being shared in a new educational program at the Royal B.C. Museum
Pre-contact artifacts are being shared with classes and Indigenous groups online and in person.
The Museum is sharing artifacts, like fish hooks which catch only certain sized halibut and woven baskets, so well made, they can be used to cook in. The Royal BC Museum hopes the technology will show there is a lot to learn from the past.
