AN EGYPTAIR pilot killed all 66 on board his aircraft after lighting a cigarette in the cockpit, a new report has revealed.
It came after a Metrojet plane carrying Russian holidaymakers home from the Red Sea resort of Sharm al-Sheikh was blown up in a terrorist bombing in October 2015, killing all 224 people on board.
