Edmonton police investigating 10 shootings since end of November yeg

Dec. 5: Just after midnight it was reported a gunshot was heard near 22 Avenue and 118 Street. One man was shot and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.Dec. 6: Officers responded to a weapons complaint at a home near 117 Avenue and 87 Street at about 6:20 p.m. When they arrived they found Tyler Atkinson, 34, dead inside. An autopsy determined his cause of death to be a gunshot wound but the manner of death is not being released yet for investigative reasons.
