“We saw a lot of it, to be quite honest,” Cassidy said in answer to Lawless’s question about Stone being targeted. “Those top guys have to play through it. It hurts to win. In his case, that’s what he’s going to have to deal with.” “Maybe we’ll get the calls to go our way on some of the undisciplined stuff versus specifically Mark Stone yesterday,” Cassidy said Thursday. “He battled through it. Good for him. It’s playoff hockey, you have to do that, right. The top guys always get a little more attention. So credit to Mark for just playing hockey.”
