Eddie Murphy reveals the one change that convinced him to finally sign on for Beverly Hills Cop 4. Murphy became a superstar thanks to his role as Axel Foley in the original blockbuster 1984 movie Beverly Hills Cop. Murphy then went on to reprise the role of Foley in 1987’s Beverly Hills Cop II and 1994’s Beverly Hills Cop III.
But now the old Murphy is making a comeback, thanks to the recent revival vehicle Coming 2 America and a triumphant return appearance on SNL.
