Area shelters’ dogs and cats need their “forever” homes.

I enjoy long walks, romping around with soft toys and chews that were made for a much larger dog. My friends say I’m part parrot because I’m so fond of perching up on high places! While I’m snuggly with my friends, I like to warm up at my own pace. Do you have an empty rocking chair to fill with a fun-sized, sassy granny? Come meet me! The East Bay SPCA offers walk-in adoptions at its Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

Community Concern for Cats now holds weekend adoption events at Pet Food Express stores in Martinez and Concord, plus our regular location at 1250-H Newell Ave. in Walnut Creek. VisitElle and her sister Emerald came to Milo together. They are beautiful, sweet, loving and calm kitties who are bonded and would love to be adopted together. They are people friendly and cat friendly.
