The intersection is now fully open
A motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 17 and Fifth Line has been cleared after at least part of the roadway was blocked early Tuesday.
At least one vehicle was removed from the scene by tow truck, with front end damage and airbags deployed. Firefighters with Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services provided an environmental response, laying down sand over fluids that had spilled during the collision.SooToday will have more on this as information becomes available.
