Dynamite discovered alongside drugs and cash in major bust: West Shore RCMP

Three men and a woman are all expected to face charges after a recent investigation led police to uncover a significant drug trafficking operation, Mounties announced Wednesday. In February, West Shore RCMP’s Organized Drug Crime Unit carried out two search warrants, one in Langford and one in Victoria.
With help from other police agencies in the region, authorities seized a large sum of cash, two replica firearms, copious amounts of drugsThe drugs, money and explosive device seized in this investigation has significantly impacted the drug trade in the West Shore. Hundreds of lives would have been affected and possibly lost to the overdose crisis by the sale of these drugs.
