Wardrobe change coincidence or not, the Mavericks weathered their short-handed rotation and eerie history between the teams, personnel and this date for a sixth victory in their last seven games and 12th over their last 15. With less than a month before the playoffs, Kidd wanted to give them some rest and planned for them to return Sunday afternoon in Boston.
