Notice, a 6-3 guard from Woodbridge, re-signs for 2023-24 season
As the team continues to get ready for the start of the 2023-24 season, the Sudbury Five announced Octr. 23 that Duane Notice, a 6-3 guard from Woodbridge, Ont., has re-signed with the team.
"Duane is an accomplished pro at many levels,” Stutz said in the release. “He’s one of the toughest players around, he’s a great teammate, great in the community, and a great person. We are thrilled to have him back!" He started his pro career in Poland with Ostrow, and after a season earned a spot on the Raptors 905 G-League team after an open tryout. He played two seasons in the G-League, including a rookie season where he averaged 9.9 points per game , 2.9 rebounds per game , and 2.8 assists per game . At the international level, Notice has represented Canada multiple times, including earning three bronze medals, along with six appearances for the Canadian men’s national team.
