Unusually dry air for late May continues to sit over the Susquehanna Valley Friday night and Saturday, making for a cool night and comfy day tomorrow with lots of sunshine. Chances for thundershowers and higher humidity return Sunday.
Skies remain mostly sunny Friday evening as high pressure sits over the region. Incredibly dry air for late May, early June will keep this early spring or late-fall like feel around. Temperatures fall back to the upper 60s Friday evening and then bottom out in the lower to mid 50s with clear skies Friday night. Saturday's weather looks to be nearly the same as Friday's weather, just a little warmer.
Showers continue into the evening and end a little after midnight.The humidity nudges up a bit early next week, so you’ll notice the sticky feel. Temperatures are trending warmer early with highs in the low 80s Monday and Tuesday. A very low shower threat exists both days. The next storm system brings showers and thundershowers back to the area late day Wednesday with a better chance for more widespread showers and storms Thursday.
