Police also got a statement from one 911 caller, who saw the women cycle past before a white car sped by in the same direction, but in the wrong lane. The witness didn’t see the crash, but heard the impact and saw the car continue down the road before eventually stopping near a driveway.The court ordered two pre-sentence reports, including a Gladue report, a specialized document for Indigenous offenders.
