Campbell River RCMP says it found drugs molded into the shape of dinosaurs and LEGO bricks when executing search warrants last month.
RCMP says the search warrants were executed on Sept. 25 with the Street Crime Unit, Major Crime Unit, Community Response Unit, Community Policing Unit, General Duty and First Nations policing.
Two of the search warrants were executed in the 900 block of Island Highway South and the other in the 600 block of Nursery Road. Over 1.6 kg of fentanyl, 180 grams of cocaine, 290 grams of methamphetamine, a “small number” of dilaudid pills, cash, weapons and other indications of drug trafficking were seized.
At one of the locations, officers found molds as well as drugs in the shape of dinosaurs and LEGO bricks, that RCMP says was fentanyl diluted, dyed, flavoured and molded. Leah Lewis has been charged with drug trafficking and production offences and is being held in custody.Campbell River RCMP says there was evidence that drugs were molded into the shape of dinosaurs.
