“Just after one o’clock my daughter was bringing my granddaughter out to work in the shed with me, she liked doing that, and we heard a big bang, one shot,” Piper said. Tarek Che Sharples, 46, is charged with second-degree murder in O’Leary’s April 1, 2022, shooting death.
