Campbell River RCMP seized a large number of drugs and weapons when executing a search warrant earlier this month.
The police agency says it was conducting a drug trafficking investigation when it executed the search warrant in the 900 block of Island Highway South on Sept. 6.
Officers seized over 100 grams of fentanyl, over 70 grams of powder cocaine, over 40 grams of crack cocaine and a significant amount of Dilaudid. An RCMP spokesperson says an average does of fentanyl would be 0.1 grams, meaning officers seized over 1,000 doses.
