A young man travelling on Hwy. 400 in Aurora was caught going nearly twice the speed limit, Ontario Provincial Police say.Aurora OPP officers were doing early morning speed enforcement on the highway when they say a 21-year-old driver was clocked going 194 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.Cops say the man was on his way to work.
