Police say the vehicle was off the roadway when they arrived on the scene on Pine Street
On Aug. 7, after 9 a.m., officers arrived on Pine Street responding to the crash where they saw a vehicle off the roadway. When they approached the vehicle, the accused left it and identified themselves.
