As the car left the Parkway, the vehicle traveled up a grass embankment, struck several tree branches and a metal fence before hitting a garage on Colfax Avenue, Goez said. “She took out 130-140 feet of my fence line,” Carl Haefele, who lives on Colfax Avenue, told NJ Advance Media. “I heard and felt the car coming through the yard.”
