'I think it's definitely oversaturated.'
"I think it's definitely oversaturated," she said."But with anything, there's good and bad. It's changed my life. I mean, I've done drag 26 years, and to get this late in my life... to get to do a television show that gave me this amazing platform – great, great, great.
"The bad side? Social media. Stupid people online. Everywhere you go, drag queens are falling out of trees. Everybody thinks they're a drag queen. Everybody thinks they're a wig designer. Everybody thinks they're an amazing lip-sync artist. "So, there's good and bad with all of it. But as we all know, the way the world works, trends come and go. So it'll be interesting to see who is the fittest, who will last the longest, who will be still around, if there's still an interest for them."Drag RaceRecalling a conversation with season 5 winner Jinkx Monsoon, she noted:"We had a full year in between our seasons. We were the only seasons playing.
"So it was a little easier for us on that level. Now I just don't think the opportunities exist as much as we had back then, on that level. "Obviously there's print ads, and some queens are doing amazing stuff that I probably wouldn't have expected. But as far as the work is concerned, it's really hard because there's so many that are out there."
