Fifty migrants, mostly from Venezuela, were shipped to Martha’s Vineyard by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.Islanders have come together to help support the migrants until they find proper housing.On the island, the migrants had been housed in the Martha’s Vineyard Agricultural Society’s “Ag Hall,” however the facility has no beds or showers. Feeding the migrants has also posed an issue for islanders.
