Ice slide, snow wall and interactive sculptures to be among the attractions
Veterans Plaza at City Hall will be transformed into a winter playground when the Downtown Winterfest is held this Saturday.
Peter Vogelaar of Ephemeral Arts will be creating sculptures made of ice collected by the Ness Lake Bible Camp. You'll be able to Indulge your taste buds in many ways - from local food trucks to downtown restaurants offering specials to a pancake breakfast, served up by the Royal Canadian Legion. The Prince George Farmers’ Market and Q3 Community Market at 3rd and Quebec will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. while the downtown's "antique alley" at 4th and George will be bursting with antiques and vintage items.
