They’ve begun leasing for the apartments, called Peridot, and expect them to be ready for move-in starting in July.“After studying the market, we determined there is rising demand for elevated rental product in the downtown core and assembled a team to make this transformative adaptive reuse happen, as the first of several projects in our partnership with Pacific Elm,” Katy Slade, principal and founder of Mintwood Real Estate, said in a statement.
