Downtown breaks homeless count record again in month of April -

1,958 homeless were tallied on the streets of Downtown in the month of April -- a 33% increase in just one year.

SAN DIEGO – According to an indepent point in time count bythe Downtown San Diego Partnership, Downtown, San Diego hit another record homeless population in the month of April.KUSI’s Teresa Sardina went live with details.
