The Feb. 10 session kicks off at 7 p.m., featuring updates on association initiatives as well as a trio of panels about the course of Atlantic Canadian Harness Racing. Anyone wishing to attend can register at Peiharnessracing.ca or can register when they arrive either day. It’s not that often the two top reinsmen on the East Coast have been seating next to each other to have a public conversation on the future of racing but that is exactly what will happen with the final panel of the evening featuring trainer-drivers. Gilles Barrieau and Marc Campbell will participate in that conversation along with Mike McGuigan and Corey MacPherson to discuss selecting and training yearlings and their thoughts on the breeding industry.
