ContributedSYDNEY — The makeup-caked crusaders are back in action sniffin’ out all of them there friggin’ grease-balls.
“It's sort of the same concept as last year with Tracy and Martina catching scammers but with this season we tried to add in more of a story arc, so not all of the episodes are one-offs,” explained Williamson, “there's an actual plot happening throughout. We really tried to switch that up with the writing of this season.
In addition to continuing to flesh out the wildly popular Tracy and Martina characters, the show has also allowed Williamson and Vardy to collaborate with a wide variety of other performers. “Something that we were excited about this season is that we actually had a few days in Cape Breton, so the whole look and feel of this season we’re very proud of because we were actually able to get out of the studio, and it's so important to get those authentic B-roll shots of Cape Breton to really bring the show to life.”
