U.S. stock-index futures fall after Friday jobs report shows weakest report in 17 months

U.S. stock futures added to losses Friday morning after the closely watched jobs report came in weaker than expected, raising fears that sluggishness elsewhere in the globe may be creeping to U.S. shores. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average YMH9, -0.84% fell 210 points, or 0.8%, to 25,291 DJIA, -0.78% those for the S&P 500 index ESH9, -0.83% SPX, -0.81% slipped 0.7% to 2,734, while Nasdaq-100 futures NQH9, -1.02% COMP, -1.13% retreated 0.9% at 6,991. The pace of hiring in the U.S.
