Donald Trump Jr. said he wouldn’t rule out running for office himself one day and expressed happiness and relief about how Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation ended.
“As for the future,” he added, “I never want to rule it out. I definitely enjoy the fight. I definitely like being out there and I love being able to see the impact and the difference that it makes on these people’s lives that I get to see all over the country.” Trump Jr. said that after learning that there would be no more indictments in the special counsel’s investigation and that Mueller had concluded there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians, “Obviously, we were happy and there’s some relief there.”
