The Thunderwolves lost their opening game of the OUA women’s basketball season on Friday night.
THUNDER BAY – For the most part, the Lakehead Thunderwolves women’s basketball team kept the Waterloo Warriors honest on Friday evening at the Thunderdome.
The visitors were never challenged from that point as they went on to spoil Lakehead’s home opener by a score of 55-41. “So, I’m a little disappointed in that part of our game. Hopefully, we can bounce back on that side of the ball for tomorrow.”
