Trust us when we say that gender-affirming care is life-saving and necessary medical care. Major medical associations, including the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Psychiatric Association, have all released statements advocating for access to gender-affirming care for adults and youth.
This is the moment for Texans who value trans lives to show allyship. Good allyship begins with educating those who are close to you, such as friends and family.
