Police were called to a 9th Avenue S.E. building on Aug. 27 for reports that a man had been assaulted. The man was Davidson, who investigators believe was confronted in the hallway by a man related to another tenant of the building.and stumbled out of the building before collapsing. He was taken to hospital but died of his injuries.
