The fallout of Florida's new congressional map has begun. Civil rights and voting groups filed a lawsuit the same day DeSantis signed off on the map drawn by his own staff. But there's skepticism that the court would take action before the midterms.

The federal lawsuit was first filed back in March and the groups suing asked a three-judge panel to draw a new congressional map because Gov.
