Denver Restaurant Week is back for its nineteenth year, and nearly 200 eateries are participating in the annual event, which runs from March 3 to12. During that period , each eatery will offer a prix fixe, multi-course menu for either $25, $35 or $45 per person. Reservations are highly recommended for getting the best experience,March also marks the start of Oyster Month, and Jax Fish House is offering specials as well as two big events in the coming weeks.
CineCHEF, the kickoff for the Boulder International Film Festival, runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Crystal Building on Pearl Street in Boulder. It's a culinary showdown featuring some of the area's top chefs; each will create film-inspired dishes for attendees to enjoy. There will also be music, paired wines, local beers and desserts.
