Dalia Awwad, a demonstrator at the Queen's Park rally, said the motion failed to call for an end to the bombing of Gaza by Israel and for the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza. The motion lacked balance, she said. "Canada needs to end its complicity. If Canada really does stand for human rights, this should be a no brainer," she said.
