Drive fled the scene of Oct. 25th crash on Kittson Parkway.

Delta Police are seeking help from the public in the form of witnesses and or dash cam video of a single-car crash on Oct. 25 along Kittson Parkway in North Delta that seriously injured two people.

Police say that at approximately 12:30 a.m., a car travelling westbound on Kittson Parkway, lost control, left the road and crashed into trees on the eastbound side of the 11000 block. Two rear passengers in the car received serious, life-altering injuries. The driver fled the area prior to any first responder attendance.

Investigators are now asking any independent witnesses to this collision, or pre-collision driving behaviour to contact investigators to assist in the investigation. Additionally, if there were any dash-camera-equipped cars in the area, our investigators would like to review your video.“The amount of damage, the seriousness of the injuries as a result of the collision, and the fact that the driver fled the scene, are all significant reasons that investigators wish to identify the driver and compel this person to court,” said A/S/Sgt. Michael Whiteley.

If you witnessed this collision, have dash camera video from the area, or if you have information regarding the identity of the driver, please contact Const. Jason Guest 604-946-4411 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and quote file number 2023-25080.
