It was a regular work day for Felicia Kaye at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Kaye recounts that she'd reported to her gate to work a late flight for the Atlanta-based airline when, alongside the flight crew, she realized something she'd never seen before. Although a first for Kaye, this isn't the first time an all-Black crew has operated a Delta flight, according to the airline. Kaye explains she's worked with a Black crew in the past, but not one where both the first officer and captain were Black.
