Hannah Riggins is one of those track and field athletes who gets the adrenalin going with a quality performance one week, only to mysteriously disappoint the next.In the past eight days, though, the Del Norte senior clearly has found a groove that could result in a couple of San Diego Section records before the season’s end.A week ago, Riggins ran a 2:08.60 in the 800 at the Falcon Invitational.
