Ryan Reynolds has confirmed that another actor from the Deadpool franchise is coming back for the Marvel Cinematic Universe-set Deadpool 3, with an unexpected X-Force character making his return. Deadpool 3 is one of Marvel Studios' most anticipated projects. The movie marks the first time that a character from the Fox Marvel Universe makes the jump to the MCU to lead their own project.
Delaney's Peter served as comedic relief in Deadpool 2, with the character being a regular human — with no powers — who joined Deadpool's X-Force team. Peter was killed during X-Force's ridiculous death sequence, only to be brought back to life by Deadpool with the help of Cable's time-traveling device. The character will likely play a part in the movie's characteristic jokes but may not have a big role like some of the other returning characters.
