Bell Canada confirmed Monday that some customers\u0027 smartphones incorrectly went back an hour a week early
“Some clients may have experienced an incorrect time change on their phone this morning. Our teams are investigating the situation in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience,” Bell said in a tweet.
Several customers on Twitter reported noticing that they woke up earlier than usual, after the time on their devices went back by an hour. “Thankful for the early wake up today as my phone seems to think #DaylightSavingTime has come early,” wrote twitter user Sam Hachey. “Ok Bell, get your sh*t together, the time change is next weekend not today!” tweeted a very confused Jill McCallum.
