There is no doubt that advancements in these technologies will help drive efficiencies in all sectors, flowing into wider profit margins and corporate profitability. That said, we note that the conversation surrounding the future of AI has been taken up a notch since Microsoft’s announcement at the beginning of the year.
Beyond these two, it goes without saying that other megacaps, such as Amazon.com Inc. and Facebook parent Meta Platforms Inc., will expand on their offerings as well. Indeed, Meta has stated it plans to debut a similar product later this year while Amazon, just this week, said it is developing a “ChatGPT-style” product to use in the search function of its online store.
