Officials with Texas City Police Department said a woman whose 76-year-old mother was found dead inside her home was arrested for murder.
According to Texas City PD, Sherene Lavett Washington-Harper, 54, was booked into Texas City PD Jail on Oct. 20. She is charged in the death of her mother, Irene Gray.Investigators determined her injuries were consistent of gunshot wounds.Copyright 2023 by KPRC Click2Houston - All rights reserved.
